It's so simple to book a taxi with TaxiLo
Here is a step-by-step guide
If you want to book a taxi for a short distance up to 40kms, please choose the option "Shorty". For longer distances, you need to pick the option "Longy".
A. Shorty
1. Click on the option Shorty
2. Touch on "Where From?" Then, input your location, e.g. Bilasi Town, Deoghar, Jharkhand, India
3. After that, touch on Select a Package. You can choose from the following packages:
a. 1hr 10km
b. 1.5hr 15km
c. 2hr 25km
d. 4hr 40km
4. After you choose from one of the above packages,you can set the travel time. You may choose to travel "NOW", or set your travel time either today or tomorrow from the dropdown menu and set time using the on-screen calendar.
5. Once you are done with the time setting, it will ask you to choose the taxi for your travel. The fare of travel is listed corresponding to each type of vehicle available for your travel. Please check the vehicle and fare to confirm the booking, by clicking on "Book Now".
6. Wait for a few moments for the drive of the vehicle driver to respond.
7. Congrats, your booking is confirmed and the driver will reach you on the basis of your set booking time. You will receive an OTP. Please share it with the driver when he/she reaches your location.
8. On your preferred time, the driver will reach you. He will ask for the OTP and pick you from your location. Your ride starts now.
9. When you reach your destination, please pay the fare in cash or by digital payment modes.

B. Longy [When you need to travel longer distances, such as outside of your town]
1. Click on the option Longy
2. It will auto pick your current location. You can edit the location, if you need to.
3. Then enter the Drop Location
4. Thereafter, it will ask you to choose between the options: One-Way and Return Trip
5. When you choose any of the above options, it will show you the vehicles available for the ride under different vehicle types and their corresponding estimated fares. Remember, this is estimated fare only, and the final fare may change on the basis of the actual distance traveled and the time taken in the journey.
6. Please choose any vehicle type for your ride and click on “Book Now”. You can also set a date and time of an advanced booking. When your booking is confirmed, you will receive an OTP on your mobile device.
7. On the scheduled booking time, the driver will reach you with his/her vehicle.
8. Please share the OTP with the driver to start the ride.
9. When you reach your destination, please ask the driver to finish the ride.
10. Once the ride is finished, you will receive the final amount to be paid to the driver for your trip.
11. Now, please pay the fare in cash or by digital payment modes.
